  • What makes Botox last longer?

    If you have treatments at regular intervals, then your muscles will become weaker over time. This means that the effects will last longer. You should avoid the sun, especially on the day of treatment. Sun exposure boosts blood circulation, causing blood vessels to dilate, which can potentially disperse Botox faster than usual.

  • Do your eyes feel heavy after Botox?

    This feeling will fade and usually settles down after three to five weeks. It is perfectly normal after having Botox injections in your forehead for your brow and eyelids to feel heavy. It is almost impossible to treat wrinkles in that area and not give that heavy brow feeling.

  • Does Botox make you look older after it wears off?

    Will it cause you to look older? From a medical point of view, once the effects of Botox wear off, your face will NOT look older. In fact, the opposite will happen. Botox injections help you get rid of some of the unwanted wrinkles around your eyes, forehead, chin, and other areas.

  • Is 50 too late for Botox?

  • How frequently should you get Botox?

    If you're in your twenties and using Botox as a preventative treatment, it’s okay to schedule a treatment every 12 weeks. Otherwise, a series of injections scheduled every 12 to 16 weeks is most likely sufficient to maintain your look.

  • Why does Botox make your eyebrows higher?
